Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed the Exchange that: “The Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 71718 equity shares through circular resolution on November 14, 2007, approved on November 15, 2007 under stock option plans of the Company. We wish to inform you that consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 669096010 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 1,338,192,020.00 to 669167728 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 1,338,335,456.00″.
