ABC Paper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company and Audit Committee of the Company will be held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To examine, review and approve the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year 2007-08.

2. To make recommendation for dividend on the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2007-08.

3. To examine, review and approve the Quarterly Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
