ACC - Allotment of shares
ACC Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated June 16, 2008, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,
7,771 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:
- ESOS 2003 : 850 shares
- ESOS 2004 : 6,921 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,42,433 shares to 18,76,50,204 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
