ACC - Allotment of shares against exercise of ESOS
ACC Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated March 14, 2008, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board,
500 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:
- ESOS 2004 : 500 shares
Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,76,34,483 shares to 18,76,34,983 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
