Alfavision Overseas India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 28, 2008, inter alia, have passed the Special Resolution for transferring entire rights of the Company over the land situated at Ujjain which acquired by the Company from Indore Textiles Ltd, Ujjain, (Said Land) vide letter of intent dated November 28, 1998 issued by the M.P. State Textile Corporation Ltd, Bhopal to M/s. Ujjai Estate Pvt Ltd (Formerly M/s. JR Techno Solution Pvt Ltd hereinafter referred to as “Ujjai”), in consideration of Ujjai taking the responsibility of continuing litigation on behalf of the Company and meeting all expenses till transfer of the said land in favour of the Company.
