Alok Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Credit Analysis & Research Ltd have vide their letter dated March 05, 2008 reaffirmed the ‘PR1′ (PR One) rating for the Company’s Commercial Paper / Mibor linked Short Term Non Convertible Debentures / Short Term Debt program for an amount aggregating to Rs 500 crores (size enhanced from Rs 300 crore) for a maturity not exceeding one year. The said rating is valid for a period of one year from the date of the rating letter.
