Apar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) vide its letter dated April 29, 2008 has, consequent to repayment of loan, withdrawn its Nominee Director Shri. M N Kamat from the Board of the Company with effect from April 29, 2008 and he ceased to be director w.e.f. said date which was noted at the Board of Directors Meeting held on May 27, 2008.
