Arvind Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the name of the Company has been changed from “The Arvind Mills Ltd” to “Arvind Ltd” and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2008 has taken note of the change of name.
