Atul Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on April 23, 2008, regarding the proposed issue of securities on a preferential basis and related matter.
The resolution regarding the offer of the securities on a preferential basis has been passed / approved by the shareholders unanimously the allotment for the same will be done in the meeting of the board of directors of the Company.
