AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on May 14, 2008 has made the allotment of 6,54,773 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,84,18,920 equity shares from 35,77,64,147 equity shares.
