Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd (”Manager to the Offer”) on behalf of Mindtree Ltd (”Acquirer”) has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of Aztecsoft (”Target Company”), which is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement (”PA”) published on May 05, 2008, pursuant to and in compliance with, among others, Regulation 10 & 12 of Chapter III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, and subsequent amendments thereto (”SEBI Takeover Regulations” or “Regulations”)

Terms defined in the PA have the same meanings when used in this announcement.

The purpose of this announcement is to make certain revisions to the schedule of activities in respect of the Offer as set out in paragraph 9.19 of the PA.

The Shareholders of the Target Company are requested to note the following with respect to and in connection with the PA.

Accordingly, the revised schedule of activities in respect of Offer is:

Specified Date - May 30, 2008

Date of Opening of the Offer - June 27, 2008

Date of Closing of the Offer - July 16, 2008

All dates mentioned in this revised schedule of activities amend the corresponding dates mentioned elsewhere in the PA.

Other than the above, all other terms and conditions stated in the PA remain the same.
