Bank of Rajasthan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 23, 2008 co-opted Shri. S B Mathur as an additional Director on the Board of the Bank subject to approval of Reserve Bank of India.

Reserve Bank of India vide letter dated March 04, 2008 (received by the Bank on March 11, 2008) accorded its approval of appointment of Shri. S B Mathur as Additional Director on the Board of the Bank.

Further the Bank has informed that, Shri. S B Mathur has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Bank w.e.f. March 04, 2008.
