Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 10, 2008, inter alia, to change the present name of the Company from “Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd” to “Bharat Fertiliser and Realty Industry Ltd”, with immediate effect.
