Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Company and Bhartiya International SEZ Ltd (a Special Purpose Vehicle, promoted by the Company) have signed shareholders agreement with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd for setting up a Leather & Leather Products Special Economic Zone.

Further, that the Company and Bhartiya International SEZ Ltd (a Special Purpose Vehicle, promoted by the Company) have signed a deed of conveyance with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd wherein Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd shall transfer 250.49 acres of contiguous land at Nellore District in the state of Andhra Pradesh to Bhartiya International SEZ Ltd.
