Bhoruka Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Audited financial results for the fourth (last) quarter ended March 31, 2008 will be considered by the Board of Directors within three months from the end of the last quarter i.e. before June 30, 2008. In view of this,
the Company will not publish Un audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31m 2008 within 30 days form the end of quarter.
