Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following resolution, with requisite majority:

- Amendment in the Clause III of the (Objects Clause) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting the following as sub-clauses 2L and 2M:

“2L. To manufacture, sell, trade and otherwise deal in products of all kinds and descriptions capable of being used in healthcare / medicare industry (including bio medical devices, bio ceramic products, resin based products and nano material products) and also carry out bio-medical and related research both for in-house needs and also on a commercial scale.

2M. To manufacture, sell, trade and otherwise deal in corrosion resisting materials such as resin cements (including alkali and acid resisting cements), corrosion resisting products and chemicals, specialty chemicals, and anticorrosive products (including mastics, polymer concrete and ucrete), fibre reinforced plastic products, construction chemicals and other related and allied products and services connected therewith.”
