Ciba India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will be publishing audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 (April 01, 2007 to March 31, 2008) within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year, hence, unaudited results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2008 (January 01, 2008 to March 31, 2008) will not be published.
