Claro India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is required to publish unaudited financial results for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2008 on or before April 30, 2008.

However, if the Company publishes audited financial results within a period of three months from the end of the financial year the unaudited financial results for the last quarter will not be published.

The Company proposes to publish audited financial results for the entire financial year.
