Container Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 12, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs 7.50 per share of face value of Rs 10/- each (post bonus issue) amounting to Rs 97.50 Crores in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs 71.49 Crores (pre-bonus) already paid subject to ratification by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
