Dhampur Sugar Kashipur Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider issuance of 3,00,000 Preference Shares of Rs 100/- each aggregating to Rs 300 lac and to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to increase authorized share capital of the Company.
