Enkei Castalloy Board to consider dividend
Enkei Castalloy Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and finalise the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008;
2. To recommend dividend, if any. (Last year a dividend of 12.5% was paid);
3. To Call Annual General Meeting;
4. To fix period for the Book Closure.
