Enrich Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has inducted 3 Additional Directors in their board meeting. The names of 3 Directors are as under:

1. Mr. Pradip Chimanlal Shah

2. Mrs. Bhavana Narendra Ayer

3. Mr. Narendra Samat Ayer

They are inducted on the Board of Directors with effective from February 21, 2008 and their tenure will be up to next annual general meeting.

Further the Company has inform that the Company has changed the registered office form 105, sahajanad Complex, Nr. Swastik Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - 380009 to Ground Floor, Satyamev - 2, Near Kargil Petrol Pump, S G Road, Ahmedabad - 380061.
