Era Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the following Companies ceased to be the subsidiaries of the Company with effect from the dates stated hereinbelow against their
respective names:

1. Era Landmarks (India) Ltd : March 28, 2008

2. Era Building Systems Ltd : March 29, 2008

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. March 29, 2008.
