Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, the Company has opted to submit audited financial results for the entire financial year after adoption by the Board of Directors on or before June 30, 2008. In view of this, the Company will not be preparing and submitting the unaudited financial results for the quarter period - January 01, 2008 to March 31, 2008.
