Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to join hands with Madras Aluminium Ltd (MALCO) a Vedanta Group Company, the current promoters of India Foils Ltd (IFL) to work towards the revival of IFL through a Rehabilitation Scheme in consultation with the operating agency and subject to BIFR approvals and regulations as may be necessary.
