Euro Gold Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending March 31, 2008.

2. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the period April 01, 2007 to June 30, 2008.

3. To consider the forfeiture of partly paid up shares.

4. To consider the restructuring process of the Company.
