Everonn Systems India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had signed a share purchase agreement with promoters of M/s. Toppers Tutorial Pvt Ltd to acquire 100% stake in the Company. Toppers Tutorial Pvt Ltd is a leading Bihar based Company, engaged in the business of developing quality content and provides training to students for IIT JEE & AIEEE exams. Everonn strengthens its repository of entrance exam coaching content for IIT ?JEE & AIEEE exams through its acquisition of Toppers Tutorial Pvt Ltd.

In this regard the Company has issued the following Press Release:

“Everonn Systems India Ltd, a leading satellite based education service provider has been in education for the last 2 decades persistently exploring avenues to better the quality and reach of education. Its presence in schools, colleges, retail and corporate segments is indisputable.

The Company now braces it contents repository and blended delivery for entrance exam coaching for IIT-JEE & AIEEE aspirants through its acquisition of Toppers Tutorial Pvt Ltd, Patna. Toppers.., an Everonn initiative will initially foray into 2 metros - Delhi and Patna, soon to be followed by 17 more cities across India. The initial centers will be fully owned by Everonn, while phase 2 will see franchisee models.

The new venture would provide coaching and guidance to students appearing for IIT ? JEE & AIEEE.
