eWeb Univ Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on April 29, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To appoint Ms. Sakshi Anand, to hold an office or place of profit under the Company as Admin Head, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
2. To appoint Ms. Manisha Anand, to hold an office or place of profit under the Company as Marketing Executive, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
3. To borrow any sum or sums of money for and on behalf of the Company from time to time for the purpose of the Company notwithstanding that the money to be borrowed together with the moneys already borrowed by the Company (apart from the temporary loans obtained from the Company?s bankers in the ordinary course of business) wilt or may exceed the aggregate of the paid up capital of the company and its free reserves, which have not been set apart for any specific purpose but so that the total amount upto which the money may be borrowed shall not exceed Rs 15 crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores only), over and above the paid up capital and free reserves, on account of the principal, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
