FDC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has now received an approval from the U.S. FDA for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) Ciprofloxacin Ophthalmic Solution. Ciprofloxacin Ophthalmic Solution is a broad spectrum antibiotic used for occular surface infections.

As announced earlier the Company had recently received approval for Timolol Maleate Ophthalmic Solution. Another ANDA Ofloxacin Ophthalmic Solution is in the final stages of approval.
