Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following business :

1. To consider and to ratify the Secretarial Audit Reports received from Practicing Company Secretary in pursuant to regulations 54(5) & 55A of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations Act ,1996 in regard to reconciliation of the total admitted capital with both the depositories and the total issued / listed capital for the period of April-June 2008.

2. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 2nd Quarter ended June 30, 2008, subject to limited review by the Auditors.

3. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Half Yearly Financial Results for the half year ended June 30, 2008.

4. To discuss working of the Company and BIFR matter progress.
