Filaments India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 20, 2008, has approved the appointment of M/s. Neeraj Vinod & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ghaziabad to act as Statutory Auditor of the Company consequent upon the resignation being tendered by erstwhile Auditor M/s. S Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur. In view of the circumstances the Board had also decided to hold a Shareholders Meeting on March 28, 2008 to approve the appointment of M/s. Neeraj Vinod & Associates, Chartered Accountants in terms of requirements of the Companies Act, 1956.
