Filaments India Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 28, 2008, have approved the appointment of M/s. Neera] Vinod & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Ghaziabad to act as Statutory Auditor of the Company consequent upon the resignation being tendered by erstwhile Auditor M/s. S Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur.
