Filmcity Media Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2008 to consider the allotment of 49,17,909 Equity Shares to the members of the Company on Right basis in terms of Special Resolution passed under section 81 (1A) in Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 28, 2007.
