With reference to earlier announcement dated August 14, 2007 regarding the approval given by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007 to the proposal for Merger of RevIT Systems Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company, Firstsource Solutions Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2008 have decided not to go ahead with the aforesaid Merger of RevIT Systems Pvt Ltd, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the Company.
