Fortis Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company on July 16, 2008 have approved the following Special Resolutions by means of Postal Ballot with requisite majority:

1. Change of Name to Religare Technova Ltd.

2. Alteration of Main Objects so as to carry on IT and IT related activities only; and

3. Increase in Remuneration of Whole-time Director.
