Four K Animation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2008 for consideration of the following:
- To convene extra Ordinary General Meeting to get the approval of Share holders for preferential issue of equity shares to promoters and other investors and to increase the borrowing powers of the Company exceeding the aggregate of the paid up capital of the Company and its reserves.
