Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has decided to adopt Audited results instead of unaudited results, as the Company has practice of adopting audited results for the last quarter of the year. The Board has reviewed and decided to adopt the audited results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 and accordingly the Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on or before June 30, 2008.
