Ganesh Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2008 has allotted 4,90,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 5/- per share to the Promoters of the Company, consequent upon the exercise of conversion option attached to 4,90,000 warrants earlier allotted to the said Promoters on preferential basis.
