Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 11, 2008 has issued and allotted in accordance, with the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000, 8,20,000 Warrants of Rs 10/? each at a price of Rs 25/? per warrant to Promoters and Non?Promoters.
