Garware Wall - CoD Meeting on Mar 21, 2008
Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) viz. “Shareholders / Investors’ Grievances and Share Transfer Committee“, will be held on March 21, 2008, inter alia, to consider allotment of 9,98,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, arising out of exercise of option for conversion into equity shares in respect of Convertible Warrants already allotted / issued to the Promoter entities on preferential basis, pursuant to the Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 16, 2006.
