GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has informed BSE that:
“The Company, the Indian Promoters and Hamon (Foreign Collaborator / Shareholder) have resolved their various disputes / differences pending before the Hon’ble CLB and signed a Memorandum of Settlement (MOS) dt. May 06, 2008. The Hon’ble CLB vide its order dt. May 09, 2008 has approved the said MOS. As and when the terms of the MOS are given effect to, the same shall be intimated.”
