Gemini Communication Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to publish audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008 instead of unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
The Company has further informed that it will publish the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008.
