GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 03, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a total dividend of 25% (Normal Dividend of 20% and a special dividend 5% on commemorate the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company) subject to approval by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
