Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 28, 2008, inter alia, for the following items:

1. To take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider declaration of fourth interim divided / recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
