Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.

2. To consider declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2008-09.
