Godrej Consumer - Clarification on ensuing Board Meeting on Apr 28, 2008
With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 07, 2008, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has clarified to BSE regarding the point no 2 of the Board Meeting to be held on April 28, 2008 that the Board will consider declaration of fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2007-08.
Further the Company has informed that, if the Board declares the fourth interim dividend in the above meeting, the record date for ascertaining the names of the shareholders who will be entitled to receive the fourth interim dividend will be May 06, 2008.
