1. Amendment of main objects of the Company.

2. To increase the Borrowing powers of the Company.

3. To consider and approve the resignation of Mr. Clinton Travis Caddell as Managing Director of the Company.

4. The consider the appointment of Mr. Sukesh Gupta as the Managing Director of the company.
