Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within the stipulated period of 3 months from the end of the last quarter for the Financial Year 2007-08.

Further, the Company will not be publishing the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
