Gravity India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has appointed Mr. Vipul Kumar N Prajapati as Additional Director with effect From March 24, 2008 and accepted the resignation of Ms. Maheen Lampwala as Director of the Company.

On appointment and resignations of Directors, the Audit Committee has been Reconstituted as follow:
