Greenply Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following agenda:

1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results and also Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.

2. To consider and recommend final dividend for the financial year 2007-2008.
